Roxanna Daniel, CEO of TDC, has been in the construction industry for more than 40 years. She was part of the first round of women accepted into the union in the Painters and Decorators Council. She co-founded TDC with her friend and client Margaret Wilson (a retired School Teacher). They saw a need to help ensure that women and seniors were treated fairly and with integrity in an industry that was/is plagued with dishonesty. They saw so many examples of clients being overcharged for services that were often not even needed.
